Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Books
If your paperback arrives damaged, contains a printing defect, or is not the product you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery at conradinspire1@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your name and order number
- A description of the problem
- Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect product
After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate. Please do not mail a product back unless we provide return instructions.
Print-on-Demand Paperbacks
Our paperback books are printed specifically to fulfill each order. Because they are printed on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, or a change of mind.
We may also be unable to cancel or modify a paperback order after it has entered production. Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to request a change.
Digital Products
Because digital products provide immediate access to downloadable content, PDF purchases are generally nonrefundable after the files have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, receive the wrong file, or experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchase, contact us at conradinspire1@gmail.com. We will review the circumstances and work to resolve the issue.
Digital Downloads Cannot Be Returned
Digital files cannot be physically returned. Deleting a downloaded file does not make the purchase eligible for a refund.
Order Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation of a paperback order after it has been submitted for printing. Digital orders generally cannot be canceled after download access has been provided.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are generally nonrefundable unless the product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or we determine that a shipping refund is appropriate.
Nothing in this policy limits rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection laws.
